Agreed Value
Each Covered Animal has an Agreed Value established by agreement between you and us prior to the policy’s issuance.
Major Medical Coverage
After a deductible, this coverage pays most veterinary medical and surgical expense with limits of $5,000, $7,500 and $10,000 available.
Not available on Bulls.
Loss of Use Coverage
Coverage applies if your horse becomes totally and permanently unfit to perform its use as specified in the policy due to an accident, injury, sickness or disease. Vet exam and x-rays are required. Not available on Bulls.

PREMIUM INSTALLMENT PLANS
The following Premium Installment Plans are available. For each Premium
Installment Plan, the applicable charge is $8.00 per Installment. Note:
Any additional premium for Endorsements added to the policy after the
policy's Inception Date MUST be paid in full and will not be added to the
Premium Installment Plans:
A. Premium Installment Plan A
2 Installments: 60% Due On the Inception Date
40% Due Six (6) Months After the Inception Date
B. Premium Installment Plan B
3 Installments: 40% Due On the Inception Date
30% Due Three (3) Months After the Inception Date
30% Due Six (6) Months After the Inception Date
C. Premium Installment Plan C
4 Installments: 35% Due On the Inception Date
Balance Due in Three (3) Equal Payments:
Three (3) Months After the Inception Date,
Six (6) Months After the Inception Date, and
Nine (9) Months After the Inception Date
